30-Day UK Returns Guarantee

UK customers are covered by our 30-day returns guarantee. All returns must be initiated through our return process so we can provide the correct return instructions. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect or Faulty Item

If your item arrives incorrect or faulty, please email info@rensmorelondon.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind / Not Fully Satisfied

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Please note that return postage is not refundable.

Shipping Your Return

Once your return request has been approved, you’ll receive the correct return address along with packaging instructions.
Please ensure your parcel is securely packed and sent using a trackable service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives back at our facility.

Return Postage

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
These costs are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Email info@rensmorelondon.co.uk with your name and order number.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation can only be completed by returning the item through our standard returns process.

  • Returns showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse may be declined.

  • Parcels sent without approval may lead to delays.
